Deborah Francis has an expanding employment law caseload (acting for both employers and employees) in connection with employment matters generally, including applications to the Employment Tribunal.
We offer an employment service for both employees and employers. We aim to settle disputes through negotiations where possible, failing which, we will prepare and defend claims to be heard before an employment tribunal or County Court.
