Senior Chartered Legal Executive: Wills and Probate

Julian Holbrook qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2001. He joined Dollman & Pritchard in 2006 having previously worked for another firm in Surrey and also for a firm in London.

Julian began his career by dealing with civil litigation but he has, for many years now, been specialising in what is often known as private client work. This includes drafting Wills and also dealing with estates and probate matters when someone has died.

Julian also prepares Lasting Powers of Attorney and makes applications to the Court of Protection. His work also includes dealing with trusts. Julian takes a careful approach to his work and goes to great lengths to ensure that his clients receive the best possible advice and assistance.
