Nick Robinson

Consultant: Residential and Commerical Conveyancing

Nick joined Dollman & Pritchard as a consultant in June 2022 when his firm, Sandom Robinson, was incorporated into the practice and the Croydon Office opened. He became a partner in his previous firm in 1978.

Nick qualified as a solicitor in 1977. After qualifying he gained substantial experience in a variety of areas of law both contentious and non-contentious, including civil litigation, family law and for the last 25 years specialising in Leasehold Reform having acted for one large property-owning Charity for a number of years.

Nick is now part time as he moves towards retirement but now specialises in residential sales, residential lease extensions, transfers of equity of residential properties as well as commercial leases for landlords and tenants and option agreements.
