Stav Achillea joined Dollman & Pritchard as a consultant in June 2014 and became a partner in January 2015. He spent 22 years at his previous North London firm and was a partner there since January 2000.

He qualified as a solicitor in 1994. After qualifying he gained substantial experience in a variety of areas of law both contentious and non-contentious, including civil and criminal litigation, family and immigration law making him an experienced all-round lawyer with considerable diverse knowledge.

He now specialises in all residential conveyancing transactions, including, sale and purchase, grants of new leases, lease extensions, right to buy, transfer of equity, refinancing and option agreements.
