Litigation Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive to join our Litigation Department. Our Litigation Department handles a diverse range of disputes, from commercial and property matters, debt recovery, and employment matters. We pride ourselves on our professional and client-focused approach. You will manage your own caseload of contentious matters, working closely with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for our clients. Competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a broad range of litigation matters
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Managing cases from initial instruction through to resolution
• Maintaining accurate case records and complying with regulatory requirements

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEx in England & Wales minimum 3YR PQE
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and case management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive, client-focused approach
